Water is good, but at check an cashier gave me a bag and another supervisor came over and said she shouldn't have given me a prime member bag, I was very upset and said to do you want the bag back ,she was very mean. I feel staff in that store think because your black they treat you any kind of way. I've been spending my hard earned money in that store for yrs. I say customer service training is needed Every race should be respected.

I asked this Whole Foods to make me a small girly cake for a 2 year old with sprinkles and the cake they gave me was BEYOND what I expected. I am so impressed and everyone who has seen it is obsessed with it. Thank you so much for being so passionate about your work. It was VERY affordable. Could not believe that I got this for the price.

Great store, terrible coffee bar experience I’ve been shopping at this Whole Foods for years and it’s usually one of my favorite stores. The selection, quality, and convenience are excellent, and I spend a lot of money here every week. The ONLY thing I consistently dislike is the service at the coffee bar. There is one Caucasian barista who is almost always working when I stop in, and her attitude is extremely off-putting. She is rarely ready when customers arrive. Most days there’s no fresh coffee made, and she tells you this with a careless look, eye rolls, and zero communication. She’s often not even at the register. It feels like she genuinely doesn’t want to be there, which makes grabbing a quick cup while shopping or on the way out a frustrating experience. I don’t understand why someone so visibly miserable is still in a customer-facing role. For a store where customers spend hundreds of dollars regularly, basic friendly service and having coffee ready shouldn’t be too much to ask. Management really needs to look into this and either retrain or reassign this employee. Everything else about the store is great. It’s just this one consistent issue that keeps bringing the ex

I never write reviews but if you're planning on returning Amazon stuff here, go somewhere else. The slowest people ever, too chatty, and no sense of urgency when the line is nearly wrapping around the store. I've been doing Amazon returns for years at other locations and have never had a terrible experience until now.

I love this Whole Foods! They always have such a great variety, especially in the produce section. Everything is super fresh. The store is clean, the self-serve food is delicious, and the sushi bar is really nice too. You can always find lots of healthy and organic options here. One of my favorite places to shop!
